Who We Are
Habakkuk Logistics LLC is a CT based full service property management and consulting group. We specialize in student housing for the University of Connecticut, but also have availabilities in other parts of Eastern Connecticut.
Our team of managers, supervisors and building employees are committed to provide excellent service. We achieve great service through constant communication, preventative maintenance and capital improvement.
The Team
Our team and business partners are comprised of real-estate professionals from all areas of the business. Combined we have over three decades of real-estate investment, acquisitions, sales and management experience. Much of our team is local here in Connecticut, and are dedicated to making the process of finding housing as easy and fair as possible
